The project team has over 75 years of combined experience in the Drilling Waste                                                  Management and Environmental operations, project management, Equipment and Systems design There are 7 current patents produced in the last 10 years by the principal members.

 Waste Management Projects

• Complete line Drilling Waste Management products designed and manufactured in use                                      worldwide.
• Cuttings Injection Projects. Total project management from concept to operation. Most of the projects included some level of automation and data acquisition. Countries where projects occurred:  USA, Japan, China, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Australia, UK
• Thermal Cuttings Treatment. Project management from concept to operation. With                                            automated control processes and data acquisition capabilities. Projects occurred in the                                      following countries UK Scotland, Egypt, Turkmenistan.
• Dense Phase pneumatic cuttings transportation system used in UK, Norway, Nigeria                      

 Environmental dredging

• Environmental dredging process which includes slurry separation and solids washing for use in                      environmentally sensitive areas or requires separating hazardous waste from the dredge slurry.
• River restoration Walker river basin. Removal of silt smothering riverbed from an                                                  upstream dam sediment discharge.
• Removal of sediment from a river in the Sacramento valley with minimal silt plume.
• Removal of sediment from a South lake Tahoe development which required removal of all silt and                organics from the slurry to prevent any algae growth in the lake.
• Removal and sludge separation of settling pond waste from operating Geothermal power plants waste was considered hazardous both carcinogenic and low level radioactive.
• Cat fines removed from refinery tanks. Houston area.
• Tank farm waste pond sediment removal Duri, Indonesia.
• Sewage waste ponds north of Perth Australia.
• Salt saturated fixed cuttings; excavated, salt removed, salt-free cuttings reburied, salt washed from cuttings injected into disposal well. Project performed in Thailand
• Closed loop Air / Foam drilling system designed and operated at the Nevada Nuclear test site

 Fabrication Projects

• Drilling mud treatment modules for Mobile Offshore Drilling Units. These projects include a complete module design which included treatment tanks, gumbo removal, shale shakers, mud cleaners, degassers, decanting centrifuges, cuttings dryers, mud coolers, rig vacuum system, tank washing system. Modules were built and shipped to the shipyard for installment on the rig. The systems are still in use in Asia and South America and are installed on jack-ups, semisubmersibles, and tenders. Some for refits and some for new  builds.
• Low pressure mud system piping design and spool fabrication.
• Land rig mud system design and fabrication complete mud system including solids control                    equipment electrical motor controls and wiring centrifugal pumps, mud gas separators. Units  currently operating in Algeria, USA, Canada, UAE
